Tea Lowers Cholesterol And Blood Pressure

A new study out of the University of Florida shows that green tea extract is effective in lowering LDL cholesterol by 9 mg/DL after just 3 months, and was able to lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure by 5 and 4 mgHg respectively afer just 3 weeks.
